How do I print the invoice?Log-in to your account and open the my account Click the order number that you wish to print the invoice, then click "View Invoice" Click print to print the invoice

Can I cancel my order? Are there cancellation fees?Orders may be canceled at no extra charge, but require authorization by a Flair representative to be processed. To cancel, review our Return & Refund Policy below and connect with us at emarketing@flairpackaging.com to have your cancellation authorized.

I received an email coupon. How do I apply it?When you reach the checkout page, you will see a field that reads "Enter a promo code." Type in your code to apply the discount and your cart will update automatically.

How can I check the status of my order? Can I track my shipment?When your order is ready to ship, we will send an email that includes your invoice and tracking number. Our products are shipped with UPS and can be tracked on their website platform.

Can I receive samples before placing an order?Yes! We strongly recommend that you request samples prior to purchasing your products. Click the 'Request Samples' button from any page to select a batch and let us know where to send it. If there are specific items you would like to receive, leave us a note in the comments section and we will add them to your batch. Samples are free with standard shipping. If you need them sooner, select the express option and just pay for shipping!

What If I want to place a volume or wholesale order?For large volume orders over $2,000 or to learn more about joining our distributor network, connect with our Sales or Customer Service Representatives at emarketing@flairpackaging.com

Why is there a limit on the number of items in my cart?Our shipping carrier can ship up to 150lbs per order. If your product exceeds 150lbs, please place a separate order or connect with us for large volume discounts if your order value exceeds $6,000.

Can I ship to a PO Box?We do not ship to PO boxes.

When will my order ship?When we receive your order, we will process it for shipment within 1-2 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an invoice along with your shipping confirmation including a tracking number.

I live locally - can I pick up my purchase from your location?Yes! We are located in Lacey, WA. You will have an option for local pick up at our location. 9222 Polaris Lane NE, Unit D, Lacey, WA 98516

Can I get a notification when items are back in stock?We have included a 'Notify When Available' button on each product page so you can be the first to know when items are available. Just leave an email address and we will notify you when restocked.

How many items come in each pack?Each of our product cases has different quantities, as it depends on the size of each product, ranging from 200 to 2000 quantities in each case. Please refer to the QTY section on the product page.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?Flair does not take back any opened boxes for returns as we follow strict compliance and food safety standards. To minimize the inconvenience, we strongly suggest our customers order free samples of their choice for review before placing an order.

Will my refund include the shipping fee?Shipping fees will be refunded for products that are found defective only. The refunded amount will not include shipping fees for general returns.

When will I receive my refund for my returned product?Your refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Once our inspection is complete, we will initiate the refund and notify you of the status with a refund receipt. You will receive refunds to the card used as the original method of payment, in the timeframe stipulated in your card issuer's policies.

What should I do if the product is damaged, or receive part of my order or a different item from my order?"If your product is damaged, items are missing from your order, or you received unexpected items, please fill out a claims form to initiate a claim and we will do our best to remedy these inconveniences.
